After an exciting year, and a 398-page petition, Zeta Xi was awarded a charter by Regent Gilman on May 9th, 2009. Over two hundred guests were in attendance at the Embassy Suites in Sacramento, even some of the original founders from Philo Delphos in the 1950s.
